NowRole is designed to process career information such as résumés, job advertisements and application content only to provide the services requested by the user. A production launch should clearly identify the operating entity, contact details, hosting locations, subprocessors, retention periods and deletion process.

Information the service may process

Account details, résumé and employment information, job advertisements, generated application content, service usage and payment status. Payment card details should be handled by the payment provider rather than stored by NowRole.

AI processing

Where AI services are used, users should be told what information is sent to those providers, the purpose of processing, applicable retention settings and any choices available to them.

User control

A production service should provide clear methods to access, correct and delete account and application information, subject to legal requirements.
